What one person considers consulting or coaching can be entirely different than the next. It all boils down to what you need in order to run your business successfully.
Consulting: offering advisory services - getting ideas out of your head and into action. Running through your next power moves to see if it makes sense (and dollars!) in the big picture. Suggesting pathways to save you from spending money in the wrong areas and steers your energy and funds into spaces where you can grow.
Coaching: leaning into strategy - breaking down the steps to take action and make your goals a reality. Identifying gaps and how to fill them. Helping you identify and integrate the skills and tools you already have that will help you and your business succeed. Holding you accountable by being the “boss” looking over your shoulder to keep you on track!

Meet Martina
Some people know what they want to do with their life before they leave high school and have a great career following that dream.
However my path is best described as a “Squiggly Line Career” (thanks Angela Champ for your brilliant book about this!)
A love of communication and creativity steered me through some unique roles - an Assistant Director in the film industry, entrepreneurship (in fitness, then paragliding, and now consulting), management and leadership for both national and international retail and distribution companies, non-profit Administration and bartending while traveling through Japan!
I searched for that one “perfect job” but what could possibly combine project management and organization with communications and building long-lasting relationships? The sales and marketing skills mixed with problem solving, my love of mentoring others, my Public Relations education and all the other cool, random skills I developed over the years?
Sharing my wide range of experience with people following their passions led me to consulting. Becoming known as a trusted advisor to my clients over the last few years has confirmed I’m on the right path.
